Proposal

Proposal
For my animation I have decided to use human models. I have decided to use people instead of any other models because I think it will look more effective and I will be able to get things to look out of the ordinary. I will also be using clay to make it look like body parts are morphing. I will only be using one person in my animation as I am only doing a very simple animation with one simple morph in it. I will be having the actor walking to wards the table placing there fist on the table to make it look like they are punching it and also I will be using skin coloured clay to rap around there hand so that it looks like there hand is morphing or even melting into the table. The programs and equipment I will be using will be a HUE Webcam, iMovie, some skin coloured clay and I Stop Motion. I always wanted to use humans as models as I am a fan of Jan Svankmajer. I like Jan Svankmajers work because of it being very surreal, I like the way that he makes people morph and also on one of his animations people can be seen producing food and they are acting like a vending machine. This animation is called Jídlo (Food). I will be asking Phil Cocker as he is very willing to be the actor in my film.

Phil Cocker – This is the actor I will be using in my animation.
This is the programme i Stop Motion that i will be taking the pictures on to put together to make the animation.
This is iMovie - this is the programe i will be using to edit my footage on.

These animations have been made with people in what looks like a cinema theatre. This was made with 100's of different still images. Sometimes people use modelling clay can be used. e.g.
In this animation it has been made with alot of different still images. This also uses modelling clay in certain parts to make it less life like. It was made by Jan Svankmajer.
